1. Introduction

ComeSeeTv is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation. This policy outlines our commitment to:

• Detect and report any instances of suspected CSAM.

The following content is strictly prohibited on ComeSeeTv:

• Content that facilitates the sexual exploitation of children, such as child pornography or child grooming.

3. Reporting Procedures

• User Reporting:

  • Users can report suspected instances of CSAM within the ComeSeeTv app or through our designated reporting channels (e.g., email, contact form).
  • Reports should include as much information as possible, such as:
    • Description of the suspected content
    • URL or other identifying information
    • Any relevant screenshots or other evidence

• Internal Monitoring:

  • ComeSeeTv will utilize appropriate technology and human review to proactively identify and remove suspected CSAM.
  • This may include automated content moderation tools, human review teams, and collaboration with third-party partners.

4. Response to Reports

• Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAM, ComeSeeTv will:
  • Immediately remove the suspected content from the platform.
  • Preserve relevant data for law enforcement purposes.
  • Report the suspected abuse to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, or the appropriate child protection agency in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that violates this policy.
• Users are encouraged to report any suspected instances of CSAM.
• Users understand that any violation of this policy may result in the suspension or termination of their ComeSeeTv account.

• ComeSeeTv will regularly review and update this policy to ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry best practices.
• ComeSeeTv will provide appropriate training to its employees on child sexual abuse and exploitation and this policy.
