Six ladies vied for the Madame Wob Dwiyet title in Dominica at a pageant held at the Arawak House of Culture on the evening of Thursday October 20, 2016.

The contestants are Huguette St.Hilaire of Goodwill, Stephanie Bellot Sorhaindo of Grand Bay, Theresa Honore of Portsmouth, Magdalene Joseph of Grand Bay, Theresa Anthony LaPinard and Claudette McIntyre of Trafalgar.

The Madam Wob Dwiyet Show is a very popular and highly entertaining event.

The reigning Madam Wob Dwiyet Gweneth Lazare of Grand Fond will make her final walk and sash the winner at the pageant.
